About Dr. Bishal Agarwalla
Dr. Bishal Agarwalla is one of the most celebrated Nephrologist in Guwahati with experience of over 14+ years in this field.
He has completed his MBBS from Silchar Medical College in the year 2007,
MD (Medicine) from Assam Medical College in the year 2014 and DM (Nephrology) from Gauhati Medical College in the year 2018.
During his long and illustrious career, Dr. Agarwalla had successfully managed patients with renal failure and general nephrological disorders. He became well conversant with the techniques of haemo and peritoneal dialysis. Later, he joined as a Consultant Doctor at Apollo Clinic, renowned for its excellent care of renal patients. His expertise lies in all kidney conditions including Kidney Stones, Acute Kidney Injury, Chronic Kidney Disease, Kidney transplant, Hypertensive kidney disease, Diabetic kidney disease. He has managed more than 1000+ chronic kidney disease patients and many kidney transplant patients.
Dr. Agarwalla is actively involved in the management of patients with renal disease, renal failure, and transplantation both as in and outpatients. He also learned a great deal about transplant immunology, CAPD, CAVHD, CAVH, and other modalities of dialysis. He also takes an active interest in attending renal seminars, renal biopsy, scan, and radiology meetings. He has been regularly participating in various case presentations, panel discussions & lectures organized at various medical associations of the city and at Apollo Clinic.
