Dr. Amitava Sengupta is a graduate (1976) and postgraduate (1981) from Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune, and also served at Utrecht Children’s Hospital, the Netherlands in Neonatal Intensive Care. He comes with extensive experience of 37 years. He is a renowned Neonatologist and Paediatrician known across India and overseas for his expertise and excellence in Care of Newborns and delivering Neonatal Intensive Care. He is associated as Medical Advisor / Executive Director to various International and National NGOs related to dedicated child health and is the founder member and Chairperson & Executive Director of the ‘Development and Supportive Care (DSC) Foundation for Newborn & Children (India)’.
